Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories (if any) must be included.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloadable items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, SHOHOPATHI will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • The refund will be sent via the original payment method or bank/mobile banking account provided by the customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective items

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • SHOHOPATHI may arrange pickup services in selected areas.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
